Temporary Road Closure – Charley Road

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) at the location below.

The order is being put in place for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to carry out works for a new water connection.

📍 Location:

Charley Road, approximately 575 metres south‑east of the Copt Oak Road / Charley Road crossroads

📅 Dates:

From 12th May 2026, for three days

🚫 Road Closure:

Charley Road will be fully closed at the above location during this period.

🔁 Diversion Route:

Traffic will be diverted via:
➡️ B591 Copt Oak Road
➡️ Beacon Road
(and vice versa)
